Chantilly lace comes from historic Leavers looms in Caudry, France—the same nineteenth-century lace-making tradition coveted by houses of haute couture and royalty.

Silk is sourced from a generational silk purveyor in Korea, known for their luster and quality.

Jade creations are made in New York City.

Due to the delicate nature of silk and lace, dry cleaning is required for all Jade creations. We recommend:

• Professional dry cleaning only 
• Store flat or hung in breathable garment bags away from direct sunlight
• Avoid perfumes and lotions directly on the garments (apply to skin first, then dress)
• Handle with care

Select ready-to-wear pieces can be personalized:

• Colorways: choose from a curated set of Jade's silk colorways.
• Fit: Tailor the creations to your measurements.
• Lace placement: Choose from a curated set of French lace selections and personalize the placement of lace motifs across the garment.

Personalized pieces require additional time (~6-8 weeks) and are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

• Ready-to-wear: Ships within 1 business day if in stock. Personalized ready-to-wear pieces require 6-8 weeks for custom tailoring and are made to order.
• Specialty Creations: Ships within 1 business day if in stock. Due to limited production runs (50-200 pieces per style), availability varies by season.
• Couture Creations: Minimum 6-8 weeks, with timeline varying based on design complexity, material sourcing, and customization level. Timeline provided during consultation.

• Standard shipping: 3-5 business days (US domestic, location dependent)
• Express shipping: 1-3 business days (US domestic)
• International shipping: 7-14 business days (customs clearance may add time)

Complimentary returns or exchanges are offered within 14 days on items in original condition, excluding personalized pieces.

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. For intimate products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
